| Nice campground

A little high priced 55.00 for a 32 ft motor with tow. But, everything near Sedona costs even a walk on the trails. Shady, nice people. Next to brook. However, there is practically no wifi, even phone service.

Great site. We had a 27 foot fifth wheel and although going down the rather steep hill to the camp site was a bit stressful, once down there, you really feel you're camping - trees, smell of campfires, small lake, creek, etc. Staff was friendly. Wifi worked great. They could use a few more washers and dryers. Close to Sedona - 20 min drive approx

| Frown On Big RVs

We loved the campground, absolutely beautiful. Management does not like large RVs (over 32 feet) although ours was 39 and we had no problems getting into and out of our full hookup site. Memberships were sold in the early 80's and without a membership you will pay as much as $65 per night plus extra for a 3rd person and each dog. The clubhouse was in need of a facelift, not very clean and lots of cats, hair and cat condos.

| Total Scam

By user-5802177... on 2017-10-23.

We were told our reservation would be $110; pricey, but they were the only place with vacancy close to Sedona. We get there and are told we owe $71 in extra fees! The manager implied my wife lied when making the reservation so I asked for a refund only to be informed that the we would lose our $110 "deposit". This place has quite the nice little scam going. Place looked like a wreck anyway. We gladly left our deposit, got a room and parked our trailer in the parking lot. Stay away from these con artists. By the way, these bozos actually keep and feed raccoons and skunks on the property. You know, because people camping love those critters.

| Expensive

This place is expensive. You are charged extra if you have kids or pets, which we were not told about when making reservations. $2.50 to wash a load of clothes, .25 for each 6 min to dry, only one dryer worked well. Bath house is ok although the toilets leak in the ladies room. Dogs walked around unleashed and unsupervised, one was mangy with open sores on it. I️ can only imagine how pretty it is in the spring /summer as there are many trees on the property. Sites are fairly close together, sites have a nice concrete pad

We stayed at Lo Lo Mai for two nights in a 38’ Class A with a towed. Nice space with full hookups (inc 50 amp). They couldn’t guarantee what hookups we’d have until we got there, but did a great job accommodating us. Space 22 was perfect for us! Good shade, lots of mature trees, grassy areas. Very dog friendly. Playground, basketball. Shuffleboard, big pool and spa. It’s pricey, we paid $130 for two nights, plus $5 per night per person over the first 2. So additional $30 for my 3 grandsons. With tax, just over $170 total. Pets are extra, but we didn’t have any this trip. The pool was great, but the spa was oddly green and murky. Didn’t stop all the kids from getting in though. Caution, the speed bumps going in (and out) are the worst I’ve encountered. Some are offset/diagonal so your wheels hit them one at a time. Others are doubled up. Speed limit is 5 mpg, but at 1 mph it bounced my rig badly. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a welcoming vibe there, and we had a great time. We plan to go again.

Stayed here 2 nights in June. Temps were great relief from valley heat. Staff was awesome and helped us get into site without any hassle. Sites were spacious, clean and shaded. Really enjoyed our stay
