| Nice quiet park, pleasant staff
Arranged one over night via phone early on Saturday and lady was most helpful in getting us a spot on short notice. Arrived later in the day and check in was quick and pleasant. Reasonable fee for an established park. Have stayed at $75/night places with much newer and fancier facilities but everything we saw was quite nice and comfortable. Will return on our next pass this way.
| They don't like dogs
I tried to make a reservation and was told they do not allow dogs even though it says they are pet friendly.
| My kind of RV Park
We have stayed in this RV park several times while visiting relatives in the Kingwood subdivision. We always find it convenient, clean, safe and a very friendly staff awaiting our arrival. We like it so much because it is more like a campground; shaded, minimum concrete (roads are asphalt), most sites packed crushed concrete. We also like the free fishing in their private lake and nature trails around it. Also, their rates are consistently about the best in the area; $36. night, $165 week for 30 amp service, all utilities, WIFI and TV included. As I stated "our kind of place"

The park is located 28 miles Northeast of Houston on the Southbound frontage road off US Highway 59 (aka US Highway 69). The location is convenient to many attractions as well as Kingwood, George Bush Intercontinental Airport & the Texas Medical Center. Our park is safe, quiet & clean with many mature shade trees. Paved streets & long, wide, level pull-thrus can easily accommodatea big rigs. Best of all, you'll find our daily/weekly/monthly rates are competitive & reasonable. We offer all the amenities RV'ers desire - free WiFi, propane, big-rig capability, patio & picnic tables at each site, an excellent laundromat, dog park & recently added dog wash just to name a few. When you add up the quality of our park, amenities offered & daily family involvement, we truly are "YOUR BEST RV PARK VALUE IN THE HOUSTON AREA!"
