Staff was unfriendly. Mens room was flooded because of plugged toilet . .no effort to fix it.. Shady people appeared to be doing drug deals. Just a money grab. Stayed there over night in july, 2016. Loomis, Ca.. jim2007.

| New Owners - Loomis is nice now!

Loomis RV Park is very acceptable now. The new owner ladies are pleasant and helpful. The park was clean and safe. My wife and I are traveling the country and Canada and needed a place near Lincoln, CA. There is nothing else close, so we took a chance. We think the old reviews can be ignored and liked the price as well as the park. Don't expect the "Taj Mahal", but the gravel site had big trees and was plenty wide for our 3 slide motorhome and SUV. Our site, #42, had 50A elect/W/S/cable. Get the cable converter box when you arrive. We stayed 3 days. Lots of big stores very close (Walmart, etc.). A 2016 review said the price was high, but it is not high now. We paid $44/night total with taxes for the above site during "in" season. I don't give praise lightly. You can check my negative comments about the Monterey "Cypress Tree" place we stayed. Loomis still has a few "permies", but they are clean and acceptable. Give it a try. It's fine! RS from South Carolina.

This park is quite small but we were able to get in and out pretty easily. There are many, many trees and that can be good or bad but they allowed us to look around for a good site. Reservations appear important as we are off season and there are few open sites. There are lots and lots of permanents (household fridge outside under the awning!) and it really looks it. Forgot to add that there is, of course, a train nearby. I have not heard it at night and only a few times during the day.

| Noisy and run-down

We needed to be in the area for several days so found this park. The reservations were easily made and the woman on the phone & email was very helpful and accommodating. That's why they get two stars... The noise from all the permanent residents, the junk around the permanent sites, and that damned train!! It sounded like that thing was coming through the walls staring about 5:00 am each day! Yikes! I will stay elsewhere and drive to wherever I need to go, just to avoid the frikkin train.

Price was way high and misrepresented. Mostly permanent residents. Showers are horrible, rotting walls, lumber lay on the floors, and toilets dirty. Pool was clean. Over all unkept and overpriced.

| Walked away from phone

We have been emailing and call this place for four days. 90% of the time the phone was busy. Found out why. Someone finally answered the phone asked me to wait a minute and that someone was ahead of me. She put the phone down, not hold music, just put the phone down. I hung up 30 minutes later without speaking to her.

A few pull thru spaces. All gravel, the only green were weeds. Mostly full timers.

| Miserable place

Park in a Walmart and avoid this place. Bugs, traffic, train tracks across the street.

Rate Is 59! For this you get tight spaces, moldy bathrooms, moth infestation, and disorganized staff to name just a few of the problems.
