Not many RV parks in this area.... Hot and dusty in this area.... Large spaces.... Cable isn't working at this time.

Location location location.......overpriced,but there aren't other choices. Very large site if you don't want to unhook you can walk to restaurants. We felt safe... Don't park near the trees they dripped something all over our rig.

Agree with the other reviewers...overpriced but convenient. This is a dusty, unpaved lot, but level. We have a 45' rig with a toad and did not fit into a space without unhooking. Plenty of space for slide outs and to park the car alongside. Were able to get internet but we do have a long range antenna. We did not know this park was here. Pulled into the Pilot/Flying J to get gas and were going to stay the night but saw this park and decided to stay here instead. Very near the interstate but far enough away in the park to not be too noisy. Have not visited the facilities.

| Lost hills, just an overnight

By user-5855379... on 2017-10-23.

We were hesitant to stay here due to previous bad reviews however, we needed a place to sleep overnight and this place has full hook ups. We did not try any amenities, if there are any, so can't comment on that. The ground is dirt but level. The spaces are big enough to pull our truck and 31ft trailer through (we didn't unhook since we got here at 6PM and leaving at 730AM). The grounds were kept clean although no grass but it us central CA after all. The hook ups didn't have any sparking and the water pressure was at 45lbs. Nicole was very nice and was eager to make sure we had everything we needed. This place isn't a long term stay for lush landscape or resort style living but it is very nice for an over night stay. We would stay again for sure. It's has easy access to and from the freeway and a pilot fueling stain us right down the street. Several fast food establishments within a short walking distance but no sit down restaurants. They do have a dog run that's fenced in but we haven't seen it yet. We were told it has grass for them too run in. No cable or internet. Price for the night was 43.00 plus an additional 3.00 for double occupancy (which seems silly to us). I agree with the last two reviews that it's over priced for what you're getting but it's the only thing asking this route :(

| No one is home

No one runs this place. We stayed overnight and the office was closed from 2 PM till we left the next day at 11 AM. We did however leave money in an envelope but they only take cash because there credit card machine doesn't work. No cable or frills but pool, showers and bathrooms very clean. It appears its an honor system because no one works there. $48 a night is a rip off but I suppose you could stay for free because no one is running the joint!

It is next to a water recycling plant so it smells. The WiFi they say they have doesn't work. The cable is out right now as well. Therefore completely over priced, and disappointing. It is right off I5, and that is its only quality.

| Convenient & not too much $

We stayed 2 nights here on our way home to Washington from “snow birding” all winter. We wanted to rest up longer than just over night. Pool was closed for maintenance but a nice pool. Did laundry at $1.50 a load. Good W/D. Shower facilities were clean and private. We would stay again if we were passing thru this area. Friendly staff gal that checked us in.

Convenient location for an overnight stay, it's a KOA now, 35.10 with the good sam discount. A little noisey with the truck stops nearby. Sandy lot, with trees. People at desk very friendly.

This was a great stop, chose this park at the last minute. Big park with a lot of amenities close by. Right behind the Pilot truck stop. All gravel sites, level with plenty of room. No cable but many OTA channels. Not a KOA anymore.

Used to be a KOA. Stopped on way south. I have stayed at other KOAs and found them clean and organized. This place is neither. The sites themselves are gravel which is fine but again not being kept up. Pool was turning green. Not being maintained. Bathrooms are somewhat clean. Have to check stalls to make sure there is toilet paper. Because we stayed just one night should not expect too much
