The owner the place has a complex. If your outside of your trailer at four in the afternoon on Sunday with some guests cooking out and drinking beer he'll come over and tell you it's quiet time. If you tell him that in the rental agreement that quiet time is ten pm he'll tell you that quiet time is when he says it's quiet time. If you don't mind renting from an a// that claims to be a Christian and is big in the church then turns around and nickels and dimes you for things that aren't in the agreement then this is a great place.
