Nice place
By user-6456809... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed 12 nights, very clean & well kept. Laundry room very clean so are grounds. Parking sites pretty level. Shady with lots of trees, will keep satellite tv from working, Wi-Fi not too good also. Great staff.

Don't bother
By user-5274933... on 2017-10-23.
Don't let "resort" sway you, it is not a resort. Extremely small spaces and rude management. Try the Riverview RV Park instead. Nice park by river and well worth the drive thru town!

Great park
By user-5876550... on 2017-10-23.
Great customer service, clean, well maintained! Only complaint would be that the pool says they open at 10th but they really open at 9am. I would have gone sooner had I known. Otherwise no other complaints!

Over Priced!!
By user-5890527... on 2017-10-23.
We had to pay $10 extra for the 9 and 10 year old. Really $10 extra?! For what exactly, since we are in a completely self contained A class? Certainly not the extra space since we are an arms length away from our neighbors.

Worst park out of 70+ we've stayed at
By user-5780617... on 2017-10-23.
Stayed in this park for two months ONLY because we had business to take care of in Loveland and they are the only option.
Management was the rudest I have ever met and we've stayed in over 70 parks over the last two years. Spaces are so narrow that it's impossible to walk between your slide out and your neighbors slide out. Spaces are so short that we couldn't fit our tow vehicle in our space and since they decided to rope off all the additional parking areas we had to park in the shopping center down the road and hope every night that we wouldn't get towed.
Oh, and to call themselves a RESORT - what a joke. No amenities other then a small playground. Avoid this place at all costs if you can

Ok but not great
By user-4519230... on 2017-10-23.
You (generally) have enough room to pop out your slides and awning, etc. They are nicely shaded and the aminities are good. They guide you into your site and are friendly folks. A tad crowded and pricey but all in, the best option around.

Great staff friendly and helpful

Stayed here for two weeks. Quite yet close to shopping and the mountains. Lots of shade trees. This is a old rv park, that it is well maintained.

OK but that's all

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean (especially bathroom). We didn't stay in a premium site as they appeared to be full and were not offered when we called ahead or checked in. The premium sites are LARGE and beautiful, however the regular sites are VERY small and cramped. Our site was so close to our neighbor that we and they could only extend our awning less than half way. I agree with the other reviewer(s)that I could not classify this as a "resort". The tight(close) spacing of the lots are my only real complaint. Because of that I would probably not stay here again if other options were available.

Small and overpriced
By user-5454720... on 2017-10-23.
Got here Sunday afternoon, staff is very friendly. They guide you to your site and help you get parked because the sites are soooo small, several vehicles needed to be moved to get my 5th wheel into the spot. Laundry and bathrooms are clean and nice. We had a pull through with full hookups @$50.00 per night, no grass just gravel and was not level, in my opinion it's overpriced, we will not stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised

We came here after 7 days of dry camping in the mountains. I didn't care where we stayed as long as there were hot showers. (Ours didn't work.) At first glance it's a sardine can park, BUT, it is immaculate, staff is extremely courteous and helpful (re finding someone to fix our camper), they have a fenced dog run area (yay, i can let them off the leash) and despite how many RVs are here, it's very quiet. Ignore those naysayers, it's not that bad.
PS, i was able to get my frosted lemonade fix at Chik-fil-a which is less than 1/2 mile away.

Not A Resort

Should be called a RV trailer park. Clean, level, paved roads and gravel sites. About 70% are sites with mostly older rigs that are here full time, some workers with kids. Most of these sites are so close only one of you could extend an awning at a time. There are several premium sites but they are slowly being filled by permanent trailer dwellers. We visited numerous CGs between Ft Collins & Denver. Many are being occupied by local full time workers in old rigs, and this place is one of them. Friendly staff and an okay place for one night in a pinch. We will be staying up in the Cheyenne area next time and just driving down into CO.
