Was on a road trip, scrambling to find a place to setup a tent before it got dark and I'm glad I stumbled upon this park. $10 for a lot without water or power. Hosts were super friendly. Only con is it's near a road with very minimal traffic. Might keep you up if you're in a tent like I was.
Only a one night stay, but the staff was lovely, the peace and quiet wonderful. Only problem comes from nature s falling August acorns - or is that vengeful vermin?
I had reserved a site (#54) on-line. Signage by road across from the site made it impossible to back in to the site. (almost scraped the truck) Park was full up on a Friday, so we had to eat our fee, and left to go home. Wished we could have had a better experience. From what we saw, the sites are extremely close together.
