Not big rig friendly. An old mobile home park converting over to RV spaces. No room to maneuver big rigs. All dirt pads. Very friendly management. Central location in the Twin Cities. Too bad it's not nice.
Most are full-time residents. Managers very friendly and try to maintain the place. Expensive. Upgrading WIFI when we were there.
