Good spots that are pretty level. Nice trees. Very friendly staff. Especially Dani. She did a great, much appreciated favor for us. Would definitely return.
Very clean KOA, staff very nice. However, there were no sound barriers from the highway so having a decent nights sleep was impossible for me. A fence or vegetation barrier would have made me a repeat customer.
Second time we have stayed here. Convenient if you are headed out of Lubbock toward New Mexico. Pool is nice, staff friendly and helpful. Shady for Lubbock, not much.
Clean park. The first site we had the power didn't work. Staff was accommodating after we were told they had no more available spots. Road work was being done on US 84, right next to the sites, and was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep. Good for overnight stop but wouldn't stay for an extended time
This place is alright if you just need hookups overnight while on the road. Poorly maintained, several permanent residents, a couple of them on the rougher side. Lots of road noise. If you're a light sleeper this probably isn't the place for you in the cooler months. Our AC drowned out most of the noice as it pretty much ran non stop during our overnight visit in July 2017. Basically the trees are trimmed well enough and the layout is suitable to allow relatively easy access with a big rig (I pull a 35' FW behind a long bed 2500).
This park was a little dirty and not much to look at. Staff was ok. We wanted to use the pool but it closed at 7.
We have stopped here several times for medical appointments in town. Staff is very friendly and they seem to be doing a lot of work to improve it. Very dusty and muddy when it rains
Level pull through site. Plenty of space between campers.
Restrooms where fairly clean and the park was quite. Only complaint is that the pool closes early and the spaces are a little tight.
