Nice and clean park with typical parking for RVs. Has a marina, beach on Tampa Bay, multiple dog parks, including one on the beach. The marina is adjacent to the park and you can rent boats and kayaks. We were there as guests of friends staying at the park, so we don't know rates.
This place is great and far away from everywhere. The residents here are quiet and the beach is a few steps away. I gave it four stars because of the mosquitoes pestering day and night. Staff is very friendly and said that they are trying to get rid of them however it s been a fairly warm winter.
