Stayed here for a week in a 36' Fifthwheel . The owners are very nice and helpful. The park is in the process of being updated and enlarged. Very convenient to downtown . Would stay here again if in area .

Stayed at this campground in July 2015, the campground has many pull through sites. We had a 50 amp full hook up site and it was perfect. The roads are gravel and the sites don't have cement pads. But, it was okay with us. The pool was clean and nice, as were the restrooms. The staff was super friendly. The KOA is only 5mins to Mackinaw City. Far enough away for peace and quiet but close enough. I would recommend.

We stayed here for a one-night stopover. This would also be a great place to camp for a longer stay. Nice, clean facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Ferry boat shuttle stops at campground. Mature shade. My only suggestions for improvement are some kind of dust control on the gravel roads and improved wifi and cable service. Would stay here again.

We were very pleased with this KOA. We met the owners a lovely couple who treated us extremely nicely. Shuttles picked us up in a very timely fashion and took us over to the ferry to ride the 15 minute voyage over Mackinaw Island. We spent the entire day there and it was absolutely beautiful. We came back to our KOA Campground and enjoyed a quiet night by the fire and very relaxing sleep throughout the night.

Short drive to Mackinaw City! Friendly staff. Lots were close but it had a playground and heated pool. We had a pull through site that was big enough for our large fifth wheel.

Starting with a great staff and clean facilities A busy location and popular region Would not hesitate to stay again Paving and grass would be nice(I’m a geezer) but it’s all clean and orderly 5 stars and 10 smileys

| Nicely maintained, tight spaces, end units best!

Nicely maintained but spaces are tight. I got an end space & it faced the nature trail and pine/birch forest. It was lovely. Nice small pool & clean laundry facilities.

Stayed at pull-through site #30 in a motor home. Sites are a bit close but that's not as much of an issue this time of the year with less campers. Most sites have tree cover and we had a dead tree snag on our site but it didn't cause any problems during our stay. No problems leveling our unit on the mostly hard packed gravel base. Bathroom facilities were spotless! Cable and Verizon 4G service was fine. The campground ajoins a paved walking/biking trail that connects directly to downtown Mackinaw City. This is a huge benefit to those that have a bigger rig but choose not to tow a dinghy on every camping trip! We would be happy to stay here again.
