Reviews for Magnolia RV Park Resort

| Not a bad place! LOVE Tony!

The sites are close. The dog yard is HUGE. The owner is helpful and extremely busy trying to take care of the whole place by himself. It was a very quiet, peaceful park just a couple blocks from shopping. Yes, there are some permanent residents who keep some of their stuff outside, but the park offers full hookups and everything you need while on the road. We stayed in a 40' motorhome towing a car. It's not a resort atmosphere, but it does its job and we had no problem with it.

I'm giving this a 3 because I'm rating it on an overnight stop. It was level, clean and things worked, which is what we needed. Owners are friendly. It's TIGHT and people come and go all night. Not too noisy till we got next door neighbors at 6 am. Hard to find as it's not actually on 61 S. There is no park signage on 61 that we could see. Just the standard highway "blue camper" that has arrows pointing in 2 directions....so get directions. I wouldn't stay here for more than 1 night unless I had to, but it did the job.

Can't beat for price. Very well run and maintained. Only drawback is tight but adequate sites. Free popcorn, ice and candy bars

$26 we stayed 2 nights. Pool and playground for the grandson. Nice dog run, good wifi and cable. Close to town to see the sights. Only bad was sights are very close, but it was quiet and clean. We would stay again.

This park is ok in a pinch. Sites are very close together our neighbors had to move their truck so we could get out. Tony in the office was very nice and helpful. Didn t use the bathroom, laundry or pool.

Tony in the office was very friendly. Pool, playground and dog park all in good shape. As others said the spaces are a little close together but we had room for slides on both sides. Nice little park with lots of permanent travel trailers. Would definitely stop here on my way down I20 again.

Kind of sketchy area tbh. Sites are on top of each other and looks like tons of long termers.

Great RV park. Tony is very friendly and helpful. Sites are a little close but was ok for a one night stay. Wi fi and cable TV, full hook up, and a nice clean dog park
