26' mh with toad. Quiet, Very clean, well kept park with ample restroom, shower and laundry facilities. Not a resort, so no pools, arcades, etc. More of an adult park though not advertised as such. Ideal for us. Centrally located within 20 minutes of Burlington and Lake Champlain, St. Albans and rhe Notch. A lot of parks and reservoirs for birdwatching, hiking, boating and kayaking nearby along with beautiful scenic drives and some excellent bike trails. Contrary to some reviews posted here, the hosts were exceptional, friendly and helpful and the people, even seasonals, were friendly and sociable. Only minor down side was gravel road and pads. Required minor levelling. Pull thru sites and back ins, full amenities including 30/50, water, cable, wifi and sewer. Very tempted to go seasonal here next year.

Out of 33 sites, 26 are seasonal. While not a huge issue, we felt like outsiders. Very limited amenities: no pool, clean but limited bathroom and shower facilities, 50 and 30 amp ( although our 30 amp was inoperable ). We will not be back here. We love the area, but this particular campground is not for us.

Stayed 2 nights while resolving some mechanical issues. Couldn't have picked a better place. Owners were great and provided some much needed assistance. While we didn't use many amenities, they were all there and appeared well maintained and clean. Campground was quiet and secluded and very usable. Would definately stay again.
