This is a simple no thrills campground right in town that is pretty cheap and very convenient to stay at as you are passing through Parsons. It's $10/night for water & electric. Some sites are 30 amps, others are 50amp. There is a dump near the road I believe, but we didn't use it. Overall it was pretty quiet and uneventful stay. You are far enough from the road that you don't hear traffic although there was a train we would hear occasionally. Sites 00 & 01 are kind of off by themselves and give you some great room. The sites on the inside of the loop have plenty of room if you are longer or have a toy hauler. We had no problem with our 42' 5th wheel and HDT truck. It could be tight getting into some of the sites if it's crowded and you have a longer rig, but it was pretty emtpy when we were there, so no issues. Some of the interior sites, you could actually cut through the grass if you had to.
Water and Electric only. Some sites have picnic tables... most of the water and electric hookups are on the wrong side.... Dump station is at the northwest corner of the football stadium. All that being said.. for ten bucks a night it is just fine. Quiet, level, and convenient to town, and restaurants..
Great place to stop overnight level with electric and water
