Reviews for McCloud Dance County RV Resort

| Arrogant Owner

Sites are closer together than we prefer (awnings are within inches of the next RV's slide-outs), grounds well kept, facilities clean, staff very nice but the owner is as arrogant as anyone I've ever met. We reserved and paid for a tent site and RV site for 3 nights. On our last day while taking everything down THE OWNER decided to pull up the tent the kids were staying 2 hours before checkout with all their things inside and drag it to the dirt so he could water the lawn. When I confronted him he did not apologize or seem to care in the least only saying he needed to water the lawn - keep in mind this is a $30 per night tent site and again, this was THE OWNER who did this. When we told him we would not be back he said that was fine as they were "always full". A simple apology would have been fine by me. Instead I'm making sure as many people as possible know about our experience.

Really nice park. Luxerious really. Great bathrooms and showers. Gorgeous are and the town McCloud is quaint.

Wifi totally unusable during our stay. No real dog park, just a small area by a fence to let them do their job. But still found poop! Dog owners please clean up after your dogs! Pretty park nonetheless.

Noted: we're are having a very hot spell! AC power inside this Camp is very low I have a fluctuation from 101 to 104 volts in my motorhome my surge protector keeps kicking off so to protect my air conditioner from low voltage other motor homes around us having same problem this is our second time here love this place except for this problem this trip

| Nice RV park, close to town

We enjoyed this RV park. The park is walking distance to the town of McCloud. The town is an old logging town formed by a logging company many years ago. You are close to a nice, well stocked grocery store and a gas station that refills propane. It is about an hour drive to Lassen from here... perfect for a day trip there.

This is a beautiful park with lush grounds. The new owners are making many improvements. There are flowers everywhere and the park is VERY clean. A must stay!!!
