No concrete spots but all are good and level. The area is clean and quiet. No road noise even though it's close to the freeway. Adequate space between each RV spot. Trees are sparse. Bathrooms are a 5 star! Each stall has a full size door and showers are the same (see pics). The pool was dirty so there was no way I'd let my kids swim in it. The playground equipment is cheap. But there's this cute porch area neatly decorated with lights that's for everyone with a fire pit in the center. The owners are kind and helpful. We've stayed here twice. It's a good one night stop area. I wouldn't stay here for expended periods unless I was commuting into Memphis.
