| Very Friendly, Nice Grounds

We really enjoyed this campground. Very friendly people, activities nightly. So many features, the one we used most was a mile path that we waled our dog around each day. Large fields, putt putt gold, pool, nice laundry facilities. Only negative is that it is in the middle of NOWHERE. Be prepared to drive a half hour for groceries. We went to Everglades and Miami while here for a week

| Great little campground

The ground is clean & has great facilities. It's busy but that's a credit to the grounds. Pool open till 10pm with a very hot hot tub. Both Verizon & T-Mobile get good signal. The wifi is pay if you want it at site, so I didn't bother but free at the very spacious clubhouse & deck with very little limits (had no problem streaming high quality video). Attitudes are very relaxed, with just enough rules to make sure everyone plays nice. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is one of the desk staff is rather surly n rude (not specifically to me but I witnessed her being mean to a couple of kids who were politely asking questions - she's very friendly to residents, just just the transient customers she seems to have an issue with) this wasn't just a one off, I saw it a handful of times. However, this would not put me off visiting again.

| Truly an RV Resort

This place has everything. 258 sites for any rig and any hook up, tent sites with water and electric, cabins, deluxe cabins, and lodges. Several spotless restrooms, laundry and a dump station. Most sites are separated with trees of all kinds and sizes. Behind the office/store building is a mini-golf, heated pool and hot tub, shuffle board, pickle ball court, horse shoes , basketball court, and of course play are for younger visitors. There is a huge play field for group camping as well as a clubhouse with a variety of indoor games and a fully equipped kitchen. And best of all, super friendly staff.

| Fun for the family

Great place for a travel trailer. Shaded parking, Pull in parking , 50 amp, cable TV , heated pool with jacuzzi, activities for the kids and the list goes on and on. We booked just one night to try it out and we ended up staying the week.

| Inconsiderate policies

We woke up to trees being sawed and wood being chipped at 730am. They parked a work truck on each end of our trailer for 5 hours. No apology from management just the stupid response well that's when they were available. No notice or warning just woodchips all over the side of my trailer and truck. This went on for 5 hours. Poor experience. Poor management. Dissatisfied guest.

Hello We just get our truck to Fort Lauderdale wich come from Colombia in shipping and we stop here for 3 days... For a french family of 5 it was perfect...nice crew, nice people, quiet place with pool, playground, minigolf....and some fresh beer...what else..! A litlle bit expensive for us but I think it's the price in Florida in full season (80$) Croods approved

Security is NOT a priority here! If you value your belongings DO NOT STAY HERE! 3 golf carts and 2 bikes were stolen in ONE NIGHT! This is not an isolated incident. Multiple golf carts as well as 2 campers stolen in the past!!! No cameras and no gates, encore doesn t think it s a problem ?!?!?!

| Lovely Resort, Needs Professional Security

The winter "residents" are warm and welcoming. Lots to do in the resort and the surrounding area, with easy access to the Keys. We are going back next season. However, the resort is not fenced and gated, and they do not employ professional security from dusk to dawn. As a result, thieves have taken trailers, golf carts, bicycles, etc. Secure your property.
