We stayed here two nights and had no complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful and not intrusive. Sites are large and level with easy to a access hook ups. Not really a negative but this is a new park and all the plantings and trees are new as well. They are many and well tended but it will be years before they give any shade.
33 full 50 amp hookups. Many spaces back to trout ponds or river. Electric only big rig pull throughs for over night convenience. Mountain views. Walk to shopping in historic Fairplay.
People who did the booking were nice and accommodating!
By no stretch of the imagination is this a Resort. However nice people, clean grounds and good utilities, WiFi worked reasonably well. Some small trees and bushes that will be nice in a few years Trout pond behind our site was a nice touch.
Great little park! Reasonable rates, friendly staff & pretty, darn good wi-fi too.
