The views of the emerald lake waters and surroundng mountains are difficult to beat in this Pitkin County campground. Unfortunately, many if the sites are not level and the fire rings are full of trash. There is a 2-week camping limit notice posted at the office. A lakeside water and electric site is $25. There are a couple of dump stations. We stayed in a 31 ft. Class C. April 2017.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here in our 27-foot trailer. We stayed inside 54 which is out at the end of the peninsula great Reese's all the time wonderful views right on the water. We stayed for 6 nights. Bathrooms were clean sites were cleaned no problems at all our site was very level I walked around to view other sites some are paved some are gravel all the ones I saw are level. I didn't need to level my trailer at all. We will come again as we enjoyed this Coney Park
We had a wonderful time at this park! Stayed 3 nights and will definitely keep this place in mind when we come to South Carolina again! The lake is absolutely beautiful. We were in site 16, a waterfront campsite. The view was breathtaking. The staff that we had contact with were extremely helpful!! Tyler and Robby helped get a flat tire fixed, and Robby checked every day to make sure we were still ok!! We loved it here!!
