We have been here since dec and give high five to staff. They are always ready to do whatever it takes to make our stay a positive one. Facilities are clean sites are spacious and location is good. Prices are reasonable too. We will be back Dave and Judy

Park is very clean and well organized. Asphalt roads, some sites with cement pads. Very few permanent residents. Friendly staff. Only reason not giving 5 stars is the pool area. Pool and hot tub need refinishing. Stayed for 4th of July, pool felt like warm soup. Not only extremely warm but also gummy.

| Beautiful park

This is a clean kept koa with a great hot breakfast. The internet does not work as there are too many people on it. Also, the cost is more than listed.

This was our first time staying here (1 night) after visiting Mickey but we'll definitely stay here again if we're passing by. Our site was gravelly sand but level and pull thru. Wifi did not work - we could connect but it was ridiculously slow and/or dropped the signal. Gas station across the street was easy enough to get our 32' bumper pull into so we could fuel up before getting on the interstate. Overall: friendly staff, clean, quiet, easy interstate access.

Easy to get to, clean, nice sites, and friendly staff. The location gives you easy access to great dining, stores, tourist sites, and most of all, one of Florida's best beaches is at the south end of FL-87. We stay here quite often, and will be back again.

| Just ok

Easy off I-10. Actually right next to it. Very noisy and traffic helicopter circling until after 7 pm. Sites are good size. Some locations better than others. Friendly staff. Small store. Good for quick one night stop. Only real downside is noise.

| Nice park but won’t call back for a reservation

We stayed here on our way from Houston to Clearwater and really enjoyed it. On the way back to Houston I called twice and left a message to return my call about availability no call back

| Spacious and well maintained

Our first stop heading west from Titusville. A wonderful office staff and gracious owners! Just off of I-10 so the traffic noise is there but it is not intrusive. The spaces are level and for the most part grass and hard packed sand/gravel. The other campers were quiet and friendly. Lots of dog amenities! Dog run area and the paths are easy to walk the pups. The pool is an oasis and the store is well equipped with most needed items.
