Reviews for Mission View RV Park (55+)

| Neat & Tidy

This is an older park with lots of double wide, park models and full season 5th wheels and motor homes. Nonetheless they welcomed us for 2 nights on a gravel site and concrete patio and adjacent car parking for our toad. This is a 55+ community so no noisy kids. But if you’re noise adverse you might not like the proximity to Tucson International Airport. Should mention they don’t take credit cards. And there’s no cable TV. But there’s also no sales tax because of the Native American location. And the off air signals were robust. We’d stay here again. Very clean and well organized. $38 a night.

| Nice but Noisy

Very noisy due to proximity to road, airport and train tracks. Otherwise it's a nice place.

| Old Dump

This place is outdated and rundown. The pool house has a cracked ceiling beam that could collapse any day. The hot tub ceiling is full of black mold from a leak. The husband and wife management team is never in the office. The owners would benefit from professional management . There are run down cluttered rvs and 30 year old mobile homes. At night expect to hear gun shots coming from the neighborhood. I would not recommend this park.

| Forget it!

The management seen great and the place is clean but has large but unstable spaces in the long term area. It's hard to keep your rig level on the uneven and uncompacted gravel lots. It's next to the airport and National Guard Air facility so lots of very early AM fighter jets hitting their afterburners for take off. Lots of BOOM, BOOM hip hop noise from surrounding neighborhood. Never again at this place!

| Very high electric

All other reviews are right. But watch the electric, they charge three different levels. The first 50 kwh one high charge, next 150 kwh another charge, next 200 kwh and above another charge. In the winter on average plan on paying $100 to $110 a month.

The R. V. You Park was nicely maintained, we met awesome site neighbors. Laundry was less expensive than others. My one disappointment is that I felt like I was scolded like a child about wrong information given to the office personnel. A busy body gave wrong information about my small world dog (2.5 lbs)that never left our site nor neighbor s site unless in our arms. I would have given a five star except for the incident that should never have happened in the first place.
