| Very nice campground .

The pad was amazingly level for an older campground. Well maintained and Bonnie is very friendly and works hard to make your stay good.

Manager is not enforcing rules regarding dogs and noise. Does not care unless it interrupts her day, very rude at times. Roads are full of potholes and ruts. Only 2 showers available for 100+ residents and often nasty due to inconsiderate campers. Over 25 stray cats that dedicate all over park, management refuses to take care of it, tells residents to go to Humane society and get traps. What's the sense of having Management if they Refuse to do their job?

Went in 2015. The tent sites are right off the dirt road. There is little to no safe for tents but very shaded for Rvs . You end up bathing in dirt and the cars pass as others drive by... you could almost touch them. No privacy for tents. But other than that one of the greatest experiences we took our kids too. Giant bounce house field. Firetruck rides . Fishing. Laster tag. Many memorable times with the family. This park the water park is not included it's a separate price. While the hill country location it is included. It is franchised but I love the core values. And would come back here again.

Park is relatively nice, part mobile home part RV, limited amount of pull through spaces. Call well in advance for one. Lots of full timers. We arrived on New Years Day (closed) we actually called morning of & spoke to a person. They were supposed to put directions on map to a spot, but there wasn t. We had to find our own way around the park. Sign says single night for pull through, we stayed 2, no problem. Did I mention lots of full timers. WiFi worked good, didn t us bathroom facilities, so can t comment except it s 1 building with 3 restrooms/showers. Some sites paved asphalt, some concrete, some gravel. We liked it for 2 nights. Would ve gave 5 stars but when I questioned park procedures all I got was excuses. Hard to find your way when in unknown park in 40 Class A with Jeep GC in tow.

Not impressed. Quite rundown. Lots of stationary older units. First pull through site electric did not work. Looked like it had been broken for awhile. Second pull through was curved, narrow and not level. Lots of stickers for the dogs feet. Only 2 devices can get wifi but it doesn't matter because it is slow. Some shaded sites. Some open for satelite. We camped in a 37 ft. 5th wheel. 3 slides. Good space for slides. But we will be passing this place by next time through. Too many others to give it a 2nd chance.
