This place is probably 80% permanent sites. Lots of golf carts and big groups. I only saw two pop ups and two tents, the rest are full size RVs. Not that there's anything wrong with that, just so you know what kind of a place it is. Everybody is very friendly, the lake pool is nice and big, the bathrooms are clean, and they have soft serve ice cream for only $0.75. Quiet hours don't start until 11pm and the night I stayed, people partied right up until then.
