Plus: Quiet. Almost always has space available. Staff very helpful. Campsites with view of waterfall are wonderful but occupied by permanent units. Cabin rentals looked in good shape. Minus: Very old, in it's prime maybe 40-50 years ago. Older sections seemed to have been designed for Airstream type pulled behind the family car. Deep potholes in driveway. Mostly well worn grass sites.
