Nice campground with very clean restroom and shower facility. Full hook up. Good food and beach within walking distance along with whale watching and Eco-tours. Nothing fancy - but makes for A good weekend get away.
My family and I chose this place for our first adventure in our new travel trailer. We were welcomed with open arms from the staff and the location was great.
The grounds are immaculate due to the camp host of which is always outside working on something. He was also was gracious enough to teach how to hook up our RV. We thought he & his wife were the managers but they aren't. The owner should consider them for the position. The restrooms are very clean. Can't wait to rerurn.
Outstanding accomodation, even helped us back the "BEAST" in. We were delighted with area, food, and met new friends. Soon to return.
Small area, and close together. It's very clean. No fires, unless you have a raised fire pit. They do have a communal fire area. Walking distance to the beach, is what sold us. We spent most of time at the beach. Best of all the staff was very helpful. Great husband and wife team managing the KOA!
Moss Landing KOA is a great, clean overnight stay with great eateries in walking range. A bit noisy with all the Hwy 101 traffic and trucks coming and going through the area picking up all the great fish from the harbor. Biggest issue at this small park though is the toilet/shower facilities which is inadequate for a park of its size. Only 2 toilet/showers combinations in total. No stand alone toilet available. They're counting on you using your own rig, or be prepared to wait a half hour. An extra modern trailer on site with just toilets would greatly benefit this facility.
Very clean great staff no frills not a lot to do in Moss landing but a short drive to Monterey.
Very clean KOA Park. Small sites and park but accommodated our 40 ft mh with our tow vehicle. Was high priced to us ($75) for over night. Great photo ops there and in the little town. The marina is right there behind the park and the beach and ocean within walking distance.
Park is nice enough, however the spaces are small and very close together. Miss the previous owners. The new guy never smiled once and was downright rude during several interactions we witnessed. KOA - be aware this guy is tarnishing your image!
