| Nice location
It is right on the road so there is the sound of traffic through out the day. We got 26 channels over the air, however, large trucks cause the picture to go out as they pass. Spaces are tight and gravel however all sights are covered by large shade trees. There is 1 camping cabin set in the corner. The hotel is small and includes the post office for the city. Access to jeep and OHV trails are all around. OHVs are allowed on the sholders of roads and are a way of life for the locals. There are probably 300 miles of trails that can take you to Kanab, Corel Pink Sands, and Dixie National Forest. Get the trail map and info in Kanab visitor center.

We were able to get two nights abutting a weekend. Nice peope and no complaints. Clean, small and simple. Good WIFI as mentioned and clean rest rooms w/shower. Great view. Easily fit our 30ft class A and towd.
| Great location
It can be nearly impossible to get a campsite at Zion so we decided to pull in to Mt Carmel motel and RV. It was definitely the right decision. The staff was very nice, the restrooms very clean and the wifi much better than most parks. Spots are shaded but close together. Luckily there is relatively low traffic so you might not share the place with anyone! Some road noise but over all a great place to stay. About 20 miles to the heart of Zion.
