Very new resort, open Nov 2013. Very clean and well designed. Most sites pull through, room for your RV plus extra cement pad for your tow vehicle. Washrooms very clean and enough so there isn't any waits. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Has pool & hot tub, basketball court, TV rooms, gym, fire pits etc. Plenty of grass next to your site. Fenced dog park. The best park so far we have stayed in.
Great stay but expensive for an overnight. It's a high end resort with all the amenities including beautiful views of snow capped mountains. Good vacation spot.
Holy cow! This place has it all... pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, park, dog run, great water pressure, great WiFi, hi-def cable TV, good size concrete pads, grass on every site and friendly staff. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. Unfortunately, we had to move to another site... but worth it. The price is not bad. I paid $42/night for one of their best sites. My only suggestion is that you get one of the "P" or "U" sites, as there is no road noise back there. Additionally, they are building an "adults only" addition to the park. It should be open sometime next year.
We have stayed in a lot of parks in many states. This place is still my favorite if we are just talking RV parks. The staff is awesome! They have a great clubhouse and pool and frequently have activities. The sites are beautiful and so well kept. It is a stellar park and I love staying here!!!

Everything is brand new, beautiful, warm, and inviting. Clubhouse and bath/shower rooms are some of the best we've seen anywhere around the country. I highly recommend this resort! Staff is wonderful as well!

82 cable channels, 5 ESPN channels alone. Hot tub, swimming pool. Concrete pads, fenced in dog run, very nice place. We paid $42 after 10% discount for overnight stay
What an incredible resort! We were sorry that we could only stay for one night because it was by far the nicest campground we've ever stayed at. Meticulously clean, beautifully landscaped, everything appears to be brand new, owners are very nice, location is good (only 15-20 min to Park City and very close to downtown Heber) and it has a great view of the mountains. The only drawback was if you're site is near the road it can be somewhat noisy but because our a/c is loud it didn't bother us. Great place!

We stayed here for three days in July of 2014 and without exception was the best facility we have ever seen! It has set a standard that we can't even come close to after it! Fabulous people and service!
A great place to stay for a night or a month. Brand new park. Everything is neat and well maintained. Great large fenced pet area. Did not take advantage of their large community room. Garbage picked up every morning at your unit. Just leave outside. Able to wash our rig with permission...a plus. Did notice some guests not picking up after their pets...though management was attempting to curtail. Close to town yet the views were spectacular. Will stay again. Good Sam 10/10/10.
This was our second visit to this park. As others have said, it truly has it all. I think that the WiFi was even faster this visit. One caveat... when we were here last time, they were building the new "adult section". We stayed in this new section on this visit. The sites are really large and I liked it. However, it is not an "adults only" section. Only the amenities are for adults only (and you can use them wherever you park). There were lots of children, bicycles, skateboards, etc. in the area. Not necessarily bad... just would have stayed in the old section and saved some bucks.

We stayed here overnight while traveling east. This site is quite nice and could be for more than overnight. Sites are close together. We had a problem with the cable TV hookup and got prompt help getting it resolved.
We only stayed for one night on our way to Custer South Dakota. We would have loved to stay another night if our schedule allowed. These were really long concrete pull through sites in an adults only section of a park that did have other sections for families. The park is extremely well maintained and spotless. The hookups were logically placed and we were open to the sky for satellite. There was a huge dog park, although it looked like it may have been a retention pond at one point.
The best park we have encountered. Facilities are well kept, clean, and thought out. Stayed two nights, staff was great, and Matt was very helpful. Need propane? Matt will pick up bottle, fill and return. It's our second stay in two years and when travel plans bring us this way again, we'll stay here.
This RV Resort is Beautiful. I give it a 10 all the way around. The mountains in the background with the snow are awe inspiring. I like how they have a section for adults only. Friendly staff, well maintained. It is about 20 miles South of I 80 but well worth the extra miles. FYI, if using any type of Navigation call the resort to get the correct directions because the GPS systems are incorrect.
Snow capped mountain views. Friendly, helpful campground staff. Spotless, level campsites. Clean, large laundry room. Beautiful resort!
