Very nice with easy access and reasonable rates. Sharon is the nice lady behind the desk and it looks like they are doing a good job bringing this park up to first class.

Stayed here one night around 3-7-16. Park is gravel/dirt and surrounded buy large vacant areas.
The park was clean, easy to get in and out of, the cost for one night was 38.50 a little high for the area.
Best place in/outside of town. ..stayed longer than wanted to because of the windy day. Un hooked and went into town, saw the other places around and was glad we chosen mountain view, laundry room was nice, $1 wash / $1 dry..(4 washers and 2 dryers ) Peeped into the shower rooms, clean, but we used our own. Every once in a while we'll hear & feel a rumble...it's just a train blowing through :) Lol Safe travels, and stop here if you are driving pass and need a break.
Big park with great managers.. Most of park is full now with construction workers for roadwork they doing in the area.... But still can accommodate quite a few. overnighters. One of the best parks in West Texas...
Nice park just off I-10. Stayed 1 night, but would have been glad to stay longer. Did not use any of facilities, but hook-ups appear to be brand new.
Très dispendieux 37.00$ et non pas 17$ comme inscrit sur internet , le wifi ne fonctionne même pas et pourtant inscrit sur la fiche , le terrain très poussiéreux demande lavage du Vr après notre sortie . Suite à mon commentaire pour le prix la personne me dit qu'il était impossible pour eux de faire la modification de prix sur la fiche de l'Internet. Ha Ha !
Nice bath/shower area. Great cable reception. Grounds are full of small thistles. They stick to shoes and dog got in his feet. We had to sit and pick out of his feet one by one. I was warned by office this is a problem and they are in the process of resolving the issue. I gave a 3 rating, but when you look at the choices in this area you can't be too picky.
Campground review: Mountain View RV Park ~ Van Horn, Tx. Located literally right off I-10. We didn't notice any highway noise. Slept great. Approximately 1.5 hrs East of El Paso. Very easy access. Flat, level spaces. Beautiful mountain view. Wifi slow in evening. Didn't see restroom or shower houses. Definitely would stay here again. Nice for an overnight stop. Ttl cost $38.50.

Large fenced in dog run, Park very clean, restroom very clean. Big rig with toad friendly, Front desk Lady very Friendly. Will stay here on way back home.
This RV park is right off of I-10. Surprisingly, it wasn t overly noisy; however, we were parked near the back. Trains could be heard but mostly rumbling with a few horns. The internet did not work even with our extender. Directv satellite worked fine and Verizon was 4g 3 bars. Once you check-in, you pick your own site. The interior roads and sites are red dirt/fine gravel yes it tracks everywhere. There is no real distinction between the end of a site and the beginning of a road which was a benefit for us. We had to pull the MH far up to get the tow out of the middle of the road which put the front of the MH jutting out. Luckily, there were no rv sites in front of us so we weren t blocking anything. The site was pretty level, and utilities worked fine. Sites are close together with a large rock or pine tree in between. Roads are wide and easy to navigate. They have a very large dog park for those with pets. We would stay again but I think they are overpriced for what you get.
Stayed one night. Easy in and out. Sites were pretty level. Had a huge dog park which we would ve loved but it was enclosed with chicken wire and we weren t comfortable with that. My nut job would ve been looking for a way out. Cable was ok. Didn t use WiFi because we have a jet pack. It was quiet and there were plenty of spots to pick from.
Thanks to this app, we found this place!!! Great spot! Yes it s right off I-10, but isn t that what you want when you re just passing through?!!! The lady that answers the phone (after hours too!) and checks you in, is awesomely nice!!! Plenty of space for big rigs to pull through. She even let us park our extra vehicle in a spot... the extra vehicle is a pickup truck towing an enormous 40ft trailer. Nice big dog run for our 4-legged babies! Will definitely stop here again!!!

This park welcomed us as we hunkered down for a storm. Easy in, easy out. Nice fenced dog area. Because of the storm I can t give more info as we were tucked in But owner was great and for our visit it met our needs.
We needed an overnight stop in Van Horn. We have a 44-ft fifth wheel toy hauler and travel with our three Labrador Retrievers. Based on others reviews, we chose Mountain View. It was a clean, peaceful place, very easy on and off I-10, close (but not too close) to a Love s; well-appointed with spacious pull-throughs, clean bathrooms and showers, trees, and oh yes, the biggest dog run I ve ever seen. It was nice with soft dirt, some grass and lots of trees.
Terrific overnite stay. Will book again
