Do not stay here. I made a reservation and after seeing the electrical wires hanging out of the boxes and the weeds and broken concrete, I asked for my money back.
Yes, looks pretty ratty un-mowed grass between narrow concrete slabs, rust on the electric connections. Otherwise, electric water & sewer worked fine (full hookups). WiFi is working well. This little park (maybe 20 sites) is affiliated with the motel next door which seems totally decent. You can take showers at the indoor pool area. The pool looks nice enough. We didn t swim, but they said it is 89°F, (so maybe it s heated??). I did hear a train whistle, but not too terribly close. (I don t think you can avoid trains in this area.). Worked for us in an area with few other choices.
Staff very nice. Needs electrical work. Had to try 3 different electrical outlets before we found one that worked. Weeds need mowed/controlled. Showers are okay, no bench to put your stuff on in the mens. Would stay again.
Electricity, real flushing toilets, showers, an ice machine, and an indoor pool for $24 a night? This is an awesome stay for the money. There are some spoiled campers that need to stay at KOA's and not rate the small rv lots poorly because they're not poured, level concrete. Check in at the motel desk, they'll assign you a site.
And good WiFi, I forgot to mention.
