Spacious lots, guiet, plenty of amenities, but yet close to the bigger cities
While the staff is helpful and friendly, the park itself isn t. Sites are small and close together. Our site was across from the the rather impressive looking cable/TV shed yet we had no cable reception in our site. Cable just came up from the ground and was attached to the side of the electric pedestal. That said, OTA reception from Tucson was excellent! Park not big rig friendly. Narrow interior roads and guests having to park into roadways made navigating our 33 5th wheel challenging. Interior roads not paved, partial gravel and sand so dusty. I tried the park next door first, but they didn t have availability for our dates. Would have been a better choice. They are clearing area for additional sites, but I d rather see them put attention to existing sites before expanding.
Stayed two weeks still no wifi
We originally stopped for three days at $33.00 per night & stayed two months. Rent was $399.00/ mo + Electric. WiFi worked very well for us, as did the cable. Electric in Jan was $39.67 & Feb was $47.63, using both propane & Electric heater. Both of our large dogs like the trails in the adjoining 16+acres that they own. Pool was heated and was cleaned daily and sometimes several times during the day when the wind wasn't helping. We we're going to stay next door at De Anza, but they wanted $875.00/month plus Electric. Will visit and stay at Mountain View again next year!
