| OK place

We had a spacious site with a beautiful view of the water. Friendly staff, and the wifi was good. They gave me a Good Sam discount that amounted to a little over $4, but there was a $4 per day "usage fee" whatever that is. Why not just raise their rates by $4? Seemed odd to me. The park is about 10 minutes to Acadia National Park or Bar Harbor. The washrooms and showers are very primitive. Besides all the cobwebs and crud in the corners, they are unheated and open at the ceiling, so it's pretty cold on a September morning!

Nice location and with the LL Bean bus you don't really need a car. The site we were assigned was a back in and quite narrow. Our RV is 35' and once in we hung out near the woods behind our vehicle. The parking was dirt and grass and very mosquito filled so bring your bug spray! Although the previous post says most sites could see the water, we could not. This was not an issue for us as we take lots of walks with our dogs and were able to see it then. We didn't use the pool, but it was always packed with happy kids and families. I enjoyed the quiet time at night and the dog friendliness of the resort. We had a really great time!

We really enjoyed this RV park. Good spaces that are level and you can see the water from most sites. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back.

We found this campground very friendly, spacious & everything we needed for our 41' diesel pusher. Lake view is beautiful & lots of space to walk our Labrador. 10-15 minutes from restaurants, shopping & Acadia National Park. We had a great experience

We liked our stay here. We weren't on the water nor could we see the water from our site, but there were nice views walking the dog. Lots of space to do that. Our 50 amp, FHU site was a gravel/dirt pull-thru and was level. No shade, but a lot of the sites are shaded. The sites are fairly close, but we never got neighbors on our curb side, which was nice. Excellent WiFi and cable. Good Verizon cell service. Friendly, efficient check-in. Nice free shuttle bus service transporting to Bar Harbor, Acadia NP, and points between. IGA grocery close by in Trenton. We camped in a motorhome and would stay here again.

Showers are nice and strong. Along a bus route which takes you everywhere in bar harbor and acadia. Nice scenery. Would suggest not paying for water front since most sights have a view if the water. Play scape was ok but lacking. Heated pool was not very warm. Laundry is about 4.50 per load. Pricy. But overall a good (high end) camping experience.

| Convenient to Acadia Park and Bar Harbor

$52 / night be we averaged $28 for 4 nights using Passport America. W/E30/I Beautiful level grass site overlooking a lake. Satisfactory open spacing between sites. Downtown Bar Harbor and Cadillac Mountain only about 20 minutes away. Only downside is that internet access was poor. Would definitlely stay here again!!!

| Not a Resort!

This is a Campground! Access roads to spaces are very narrow and have tight turns. Spaces are all different many not level. Grooming of park is very good but the actual pad that the coach is on is never groomed. Out space has raised exposed roots and we should have never been placed in this space. It is the closest to Acadia and Bar Harbor. High priced area so you do t have a lot to choose from. Not worth the $80 per night. Maine charges sales tax so be ready. Our sale tax was equal to two nights stay. Laundry room is clean bit they need double the amount of machines for the number of people in the park.

Stayed in 34 ft motor coach. Sites are not groomed. They mow grass when you leave. Big ruts in all the interior roads. Space rows are so narrow they barely fit your RV. One garbage receptacle in back of the park fills up up quickly, for 80 dollars a night I would think they would pick up your garbage, our site had exposed roots that we tried to cover with our Patio cover. Horrible. Tight on one side and lots of room on the other. Internet went down for over a week because they had to order a part. They also charge a daily lodging fee of $4. Typical corporate owned park that doesn t put any money back into it. Only 4 washers for the whole huge park and one was out of order for the 3 weeks we were there. Would. It come back. Check out Timbers. Further to drive but a third the price
