Skipped it went to Valley View 1/4 mile down the road due to dog policy.
We have stayed here many times over the last five years. This rvpark is neat and clean, well laid out, and the owners are very friendly. We like that it is the only one in this area that is far enough from the highway to have no noise.
We had a week scheduled, I called the day before we were scheduled and asked to come in a day early. The owner, Cindy, moved sites around to accommodate us. We love the park, it's clean, sites are level, and it very quiet. Beautiful
Yea for being not dog friendly. So tired of peoples dogs peeing and pooping in my site! I know I am in the silent minority but an RV is no place for a dog, they need a yard to roam in.
This is a well run, tidy campground with good facilities. each site had a tree, grass and a picnic table. The wifi was free and worked Ok . A sign said one dog per site.Could have scored it higher but it had coin operated showers, when you pay $43 I think the showers should be free!
No discount for passport America; their catalog listed it as a half price fee. Big extra charges for extra person. Some sites will require extra wire and hose to reach utility post. Cable tv cost extra. Wifi requires starting an account with Boingo, I was not willing. Otherwise good enough.
May, or may not accept dogs. Owner said they formerly accepted dogs, then allowed none, then allowed only one dog per site. Campground was 80% vacant and the owner refused us because we had two dogs. They apparently had prior problems with dog owners and now seeing if they can eliminate the problems (dogs). Owner said they make no exceptions.
