| State park
Really beautiful state park on a nice lake and across from Lake Superior. Park needs updating of the roads, sites and electric. Dump station only. Many low trees so if you have a large motor home, be aware, stay in the middle section. Usually full in July and August with kids and dogs. Snowbirds particularly like it in the fall after school is open. The fall colors here are very nice.

The road from here to Grand Maris is gravel and isn t kept in good condition because of the high tourist traffic. Rumors are they will blacktop this section in 2020.
