It's on the backside of garner state park. The sites are level and each has a fire pit and picnic table. Bathrooms are clean and there is a convenience store about 200 feet from the entrance. Neighbors were very friendly and quiet. Would stay here again. There is a convenience store at park side rv park next door that you can walk to. It has food, water items, and rv supplies. Pros: quiet and small park. River access with a deep area to swim in and snorkel. Two rope swings close by. There is also shallow areas for smaller kids to play or to pitch your tent canopy. Cons: for the price I would expect bathrooms to be cleaned more frequently. Also our site had tons of ants, I asked the staff for some ant killer and they were out immediately with some.
