Jeff Busby (Milepost 193.1), Mississippi is one of the three, free, primitive campgrounds along the Natchez Trace Parkway. All sites at Jeff Busby are heavily treed, pull-thrus, with asphalt pads. One looked to have a turn a bit tight for a large (40 ft or more) motorhome but our 36’ motorhome was manageable (and we got two slides out). Another couple with us that night said that they stay there twice a year on their way/back from New England. We will stay there again.
It's nice to have a place like this for an overnight stay while traveling the Trace, but unfortunately many of the sites are occupied by people who appear to be on an extended stay there. As small as this campground is it doesn't take many to fill it up either, and that's what you can expect to find too.
All spots taken by 4pm. Pulled over and spent night with two other MHs by parking area near entrance. Probably not doable during peak season
