This place is very convenient and adjacent to the NTP. It's a small park, but has full hook-ups and a pleasant environment. It's also big rig friendly and economical. Nice stop!
Rv site was nice. Pool was clean and temperature was pleasant. Laundry and shower room by pool. Good Sam discount. Check in comes with political opinions.
Our pull through site, #5, was semi level but had nice shade, 50 amps and full hook ups for $26. It's about 12 miles from I-22 along the Natchez Trace Parkway. Didn't use the bathroom or laundry room. Stayed in a 34 foot 5th wheel.
Very nice and clean. Folks were very nice and believers. Enjoyed our overnight stay. Note - cash or checks only.
Sites are pull through with FHU. Gravel pads, but level. Two fishing ponds and a small rental cabin on site. No credit cards. Cash or checks only. Good Sam discount. Restrooms and showers, if there, are not obvious. Good for an overnight stop.
Left 3 vmail messages, none returned however the manager mentioned that he had been in town the last few hrs finding material to make repairs. He is a bit odd, but he helped me find a good spot for sat reception. The park is in a beautiful forested region. $25 for 40ft class a with full hook ups @50a, with escapees or good sam. Well worth it.
We called ahead to see if there were spaces available and told they take reservations for anyone but passport America members (which we are). When we arrived at 7pm we received the rudest service I have ever had. They claim by their ad they have bathrooms and showers but we never found them and they were not pointed out when I registered. Very rude service and comments were made during my registration process.
I called as we were traveling that day, and got the grumpiest person on the phone. I asked if it was easy access to the park, and he gave me directions from the interstate that my rig never would have made (thankfully we followed our trucker GPS instead). I was expecting the worst because of reviews I had seen but was pleased that the owner's grumpiness was limited to the phone call. I will say that he didn't acknowledge me, only my husband, and I gladly let him take care of the details upon arrival. The park itself was small, but it was someplace that I would stay longer if we had the time. It was well maintained, very cute, and very quiet!
Absolutely gorgeous site, super clean and shady and well maintained and quiet. Lots of beautiful, soft grass and clover and space for walking dogs. Site 5 not perfectly level but it was fine. No issues with manager.
Conveniently located off the NTP with shades sites. The site we used wasn’t very even. No WiFi, no cable. The bathroom is a single residential bath with a bathtub—very weird bath for a campground.
The campground is located just off the NTP, which makes it easy to access when driving the parkway. They only take checks or cash, no credit cards. The sites and hook-ups are OK. No Wi-Fi, but cell reception was good. There’s only one residential type bathroom in the main building, which serves as the office for the campground with a small lounge area. The bathroom is odd for a campground, with no shower stall, just a bathtub with a shower head. The campground has a small swimming pool, but we didn’t use it.
Very convenient for overnight stop while driving the Trace. Level site with some shade. Close to others. Good price for a full hook up.
