This is my favorite park in Florida, the people who attend the park are exencionaal, the place is clean, close to downtown area, nice environment, the pool is nice and clean, they make you feel welcome, is a great place

| Beautiful place but no showers!

This park is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. For $55 we had all the amenities, except showers! The pool is quite small, but good for a cool dip on a hot day. The laundry room was clean, and it only cost $1 to wash or dry. It's a good place for big rigs.

| Horrible Customer Service

On May 19, 2017, I reserved a Campsite for Oct 11 – 17, 2017 via phone call, 239-793-0091. I received an email the same day that confirmed my reservation in the amount above. Due to Hurricane Irma and the extensive damage to most of South Florida we cancelled multiple reservations at several campgrounds in the South Florida area. On September 14, 2017, I tried contacting Neapolitan Cove RV Resort via email and phone, nobody answered the phone and a message informed that their phones were down and they had no power. I tried calling every other day after September 14, 2017 just to receive the same message. I also never received any response to my email. On September 27, 2017, I contacted Neapolitan Cove RV Resort via phone to request that my Reservation be cancelled and my money refunded. A woman named Shelly from Neapolitan Cove RV Resort would not agree to refund my deposit money, INSISTING RASHLY that the Campground had "not sustained any damage". Shelly also made a point to inform that it was their policy of "NO REFUNDS" after a reservation is made! I informed Shelly that I was cancelling my reservation since I had also cancelled 4 other camping trips to South Florida that were one after the other and all due to the Hurricane! Every other campground graciously refunded all deposits made accept for Neapolitan Cove. I am not going to take my family to an area on vacation that has just been hit by a Hurricane where resources and the like are in short demand! As a footnote Shelly did offer to let me make another reservation anytime in the next year using my deposit because I was getting upset on the phone....why would I want to come now? When we do come to Naples and we come every year, we will stay at one of your competitors!

Very beautiful RV resort!!! Loved this place!!! The hosts, Greg & Shelly, we're excellent and keep the park very well maintained!!! Can't wait to come again!!!

We are here for the first time my wife Elisa Hodges and I Terry think this is a beautiful park managers Gregg and Shelly are great people we have checked out many campgrounds thus one we rate 10+

| Great spot in Naples

Spent four nights in "parallel" spot #1. This is an all paved space against the should wall along Rt 41. Some road noise. Facilities are clean and landscaping is excellent. WiFi worked well. Lots of water pressure and cable. Convenient to area attractions. Will stay here again when we come back to the area.

Beware, Horrible customer service! If you make a reservation and have a misfortune like illness or breakdown that delays your arrival, this parks policy is you are responsible for the entire reservation amount, This is their policy even if you give adequate notice. We gave eleven days notice. You will not find this policy on your reservation confirmation, so be aware.The other resort where we had to delay arrival had no problem with it. They were gracious while making the changes. The staff person at Neapolitan was rude and unreasonable. There are other nice RV resorts in the Naples area. Avoid this one.

| Glad we came

This park is lovely! Sites are roomy clean and well kept. Clubhouse is up to date with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Great for a rally! Pool and surrounding area is inviting. Pool is heated. Nice Laundry room too! Staff is professional and accommodating. They call you ahead and let you know your site.

Unprofessional and rude couple who ran the office/park. We were to stay in the Naples area for a little more than one week. We had made an rv reservation 9 months prior to a late April stay, paying a $45 deposit & requesting a pull through site. Upon arrival, we proceeded to check in. We paid the balance due for our stay. After paying, we were told by the person that there were no pull through sites available as they had a "rally" group coming in - due to arrive the day before our check out date. We would have to accept a back in site he stated. Being the off season, we were surprised by this statement, as we had seen numerous available pull through sites as we drove through the park to find the office. I then asked for an adjustment to our rate, as I expected to have a pull through site. He then said there was no adjustment available as sites are $75/night. He then picked up the phone & made a call, presumably to his wife. He abruptly left the room to meet her outside. She entered the room, sat down at the desk without acknowledging us, and rudely asked for our credit card. We asked why she wanted the card and she replied "we are giving you a refund and you are leaving the park." We asked calmly why and no reason was given, as she again demanded our card. We tried to reason with her that we had made a reservation nine months ago, had paid the deposit then and now the balance had been paid and would reluctantly accept a back in site. This was to no avail. She exclaimed loudly that if we did not surrender our card, she would call the sheriff. At that point, we decided that this couple were two of the most unprofessional business people we had ever encountered. We had no desire to give this park our money, especially this very rude couple! We wanted nothing to do with this awful place. We gave her the credit card used for the balance which she credited. She also credited back the card used for the deposit. The take away to our story is this - we hope other people avoid Neapolitan Cove RV Resort because of the poor treatment we received. This couple should not be working in the service industry!
