Near I-20. New owner is nice, but place looks depressed and in need of everything. There's a few full-timers, but rigs look old, like the RV park. Narrow road leading to and narrow approaches to access. No amenities, except basic.
This property is beautiful. No frills. The owners are as good as it gets. I didn't feel like a customer. More like relatives for a visit. Best part? Fresh veges from their garden left on our table the next morning. Score! See you next year
