Rented rv spot for a few months. Overall good location and was able to launch my kayak from the canal. Mostly folks over 65 but on the whole friendly. No Internet except at the club house. If you can avoid renting from real estate company do so since they charge a lot of fees, without telling you. Also communication on how to check in, where to park your Motorhome when checking in (we blocked up everything), how to get in and out, recycle etc

Power Surge caused Converter to smoke and melted the wires. Also blew Brand New TV. Park Manager would not respond. NEVER would I go back even if it were free.

We live in Palm Beach County and have stayed here many times. Walk or ride bike to their private pool right on the ocean. Club house have a restaurant serving breakfast & lunch. The facilities are excellent but I have to concur with other reviews in that the realty company should be avoided. Look to rent directly from owner if possible. The last time we rented through the realty company, the agent that checked us in was down right rude. In addition to charging us for the estimated rental, the charged my credit card an additional $200.00 security deposit. A few days after we left I called in order to get the $200.00 refunded. I was told to read their agreement that states the deposit is held for two weeks after your departure. Really two weeks! Three weeks later I had to call again as it still had not been refunded. Otherwise we highly recommend.
