| Lovely spot

We camped off-season, the very end of November. Great, quiet and quite pretty.

Camped here in our 5th wheel at various times. Spots have full hook ups and are $15 per night. Bathrooms with showers are adjacent to the nature center... but, not much to speak of. You need transportation for shopping and restaurants. Quiet location.

Very quiet, full hookups for $12 a night! You can't get any better than that! Free firewood too! Stayed April 18th and paid for two weeks!

Stayed in our 5th wheel. Full hook ups. Bathrooms are behind the Nature Center. They are now using keys ($5) to control the riff-raff. Nature Center, Planetarium, and playground are popular with area residents. Price went up to $20 per night.

The Park just reopend after being closed due to the recent flooding. Electric (30, 50 amp) and water available. Tank Dumping may not be available yet. Ron (Site 18) is the "Camp Host". Pay at front building with the Gold Dome. No bathrooms available, under repair. Be sure to check out Chef and Farmer for dinner or the Boiler Room, Both within walking distance.

We ve stayed here twice and it s a great park. The bathrooms are reopened as well as the planetarium and park. It is a 15 minutes walk to Chef and the Farmer and the Boiler Room. It flooded during the last hurricane so the nature center building with all the animals is still closed but that is definitely worth seeing when it reopens. Awesome dog park about a mile away. We ll be back! Pay $20 at the planetarium and $5 for a bathroom key that gets returned to you when you give the key back.
