few sites for big units. most corners/intersections very difficult for large units. The site was big enough for my 43' MH but getting in tested my CDL skills. 45' 5r w/ custom tractor had just as difficult time. park staff offered to change them from the row in front of us to the site besides us. No Go, a power line was lower than their roof. wifi and OTA tv were good. Bath houses were clean and newer. Most seasonal TTs had enclosed porches but were left cluttered. If we had a boat and a small TT, we would be back. There were only 3 class As in the park. They are just not set up to handle large units. Oh, the phone is answered by SunRv and they have no clue about local info (website CG map is incorrect (what looks like large sites [named streets] is 50amp but mostly seasonal users, Google maps puts CG at an abandoned building.) 5r is leaving 4days early as cg staff want to put an rv next to him which will prevent him from being able to get out.
We came for 2 days and stayed 5 weeks...Katrina is the best host ever...will return soon..good neighbors...nice beach
A ways from anything which makes for a quiet park. Lots of activities for adults and kids. Nice beach area. Office staff wasn't too bright when it came to issuing our Passport America discount but all worked out in the end. Spots are narrow once you can maneuver your way in. Did have a hard time getting our 34' 5th wheel backed in. Electric, water and sewer were all good. Wifi good as well but best early in the morning or late at night.
Site Ben 4 has two weiner dogs. They are kept in a pen outside most of the time. They bark at anyone within eyesight. On morning, they got out and they ran up to our site Barry2. One bit our Lhasa before I could pick her up.
Very nice campground definitely recommend
