This camp ground was super considering its proximity to town. Right on the public bike path and across the street to loads of restaurants and grocery stores. The campground is surrounded by big pines and the sites are adequately spaced for just $22/night. The downside: No hookup and the dump is a $10 fee. They advertise they provide water and bathhouse facilities, but when we arrived all water spouts and bath houses were closed due to a possible asbestos water contamination. The park did provide drinking water from a third part facility where you can fill up a hub of water. You can drive about a mile down the road to Meridian road and fill up with fresh water and dump at the Meridian water company for free. $5 donation requested, Aside from the water issue it was a great stay. We stayed here in our 37 ft Motorhome.

We dry camped here in our motorhome for 5 days in May after spending several days across the street at the private campground. Preferred new shady rest, as our site was private, surrounded by big pine trees, and Mid week it was empty. Flush toilets were dated, but clean. No showers. No hookups but water taps are available. There is a dump on site for a$10 fee. Stores, restaurants, etc are conveniently located. Try Schats bakery... Everything from breakfast to smoothies and sandwiches are excellent
