Reviews for North Crest Manor RV Park

| Needs TLC

By user-5221233... on 2017-10-23.

Agree with all the other reviews about the owner - very nice guy. Lots of I-35 traffic noise and a little train noise. Laundry and bathrooms could use a little TLC - a little dirty. Even though owner is nice doesn't change the fact that park is looking rundown. Stayed 2 nights in 37ft. motor home.

| Great place to spend the night?.

Only stayed one night, but what a great place. Owner is super friendly. Spaces are huge with lots of shade. Easy access. Clean.

| A really nice park and owner

It doesn't get much better than this... nice park, good WiFi, concrete sites, well manicured, etc. Mark is a really nice guy and will do what it takes to make you happy. The only negative is it's close to I-35 and can be noisy. Grab one of the spots closer to Bus 77... it's much quieter.

Cost 35 not 22 for one night. Noisy from the traffic and railroad. But clean and very friendly.

| Very nice stay in a wee maintained campground

We spent two nights at North Crest Manor RV Park and were very satisfied. The campground is small but very well maintained. Our site was quite large and had a large concrete pad that help our rig and two vehicles. We had a very nice picnic table. The owner really makes for a great stay. He is extremely friendly and strives to meet each camper's needs. We had originally planned to stay in a pull-through site but, when the owner saw that we had a rooftop satellite dish, he backed us into a site that had clear access to a satellite signal. There is some highway and railroad noise but it was not a problem for us. The campground is a short distance from I-35 which makes it convenient for visiting Waco. We would stay here again if in the Waco area.

| Nice quiet park

This park was close to I 35 but it wasn't too loud. The sites were level and had a lot of shade. The owner was very nice and helpful. 10 to 15 minute drive to downtown Waco. Would definitely stay here again! ***also try Vitek BBQ if you're staying in Waco. It's AMAZING

Owner is super nice, we got to pick our site. Near I-35 but noise isn't bad. Level sites and nice big trees. Bathrooms are clean. Would definitely stay here again!

| Nice Park

I stayed here for a month and enjoyed it very well. It has on site laundry, propane refill, ice and vending machines plus it is conveniently located close to a couple of convenience stores and fast food places. Mark, the owner, is a super nice guy and will help you out with anything you need. It is close to 35 but I really didn’t notice any noise unless I was outside. My pad was concrete and had built in bbq pit and picnic table.

Working in the area for over a year now. Researched at least 30 parks in the surrounding areas and couldn t make myself move from NorthCrest. Bath house is large and clean, laundry room is great with a commercial washer and dryer available. Large oak trees create shade on almost every spot. Most spots have concrete pads. Propane fill station on site. Plan to stay another year, maybe longer.

A great little gem just north of the town. Sites were level, concrete and included a patio area with a picnic table. Owner Mark is the most friendly and helpful guy. Laundry and WIFi were great. Many full time residents, but we were lucky enough to score a spot.

| P poor planning on his part

RV parking M cannot remember anything. I called three months ago or more for reservations. He said yeah I have it written down. He didn't take a deposit said he did not want it, I said that it was all in love and he would remember and he had a written down. He did not. I called two days before to make sure we had reservations oh, and he did not have them down and had no room for us. So I called Woodway at Quail Crossing and she had room and they have internet cell service Verizon service. Pretty upset with M won't be returning there.

This is a $30-$35 campground, not worth $45. *Lots of road noise!* And a train. Bathrooms passable.

Nice looking place but Mark was very rude to us, after finding our water hose had a leak. Told us to leave, we gave him $20, and he let us stay. Not professional, did not feel welcome. Road noise is quite loud.

We happened upon this place per a friend's recommendation, and couldn't be more happy we stayed here. Nice shady spots with concrete and full hook- ups. Mark was a hoot and went out of his way to make sure we were settled and happy. Would stay here again in a heart beat!
