Reviews for North Park Campground

By user-527015 on 2017-10-23. Stayed 2014-08-09 to 2014-08-11

We stayed here for three nights while checking out the North Dakota Oil Boom. It is full hook-ups with wifi that works. It was a little dusty, but not too bad. The park is clean, neat, and safe. It does have a lot of long term oil workers. They are generally nice folks. It is the nicest RV park in this area. The rate was $33, cash or check. They have a $5 charge to wash the RV on your campsite. This is a deal compared to going to a coin wash place.

Great Wi-Fi. Clean 50 amp power. Very good water pressure.

| Not so great

Dust EVERYWHERE. MOSTLY PERMANENT TRAILERS. BUT SHOWER FACILITIES ARE VERY CLEAN. YOU CANT SIT OUTSIDE BECAUSE OF THE DUST FROM ALL THE DIRT ROADS!

This is a pretty good park. The pull-through spaces are very long and easy to get in and out. The laundry room and showers are very clean, but they only had two washers and two dryers... not enough! The WiFi was awesome... some of the best I've ever experienced. The staff (Holly) is awesome! The downsides... the roads are dirt and we had lots of rain this week. Everything was muddy... not good! There is no cable, but satellite access is good.

I'm giving it 3 stars because I didn't see much of the park. I would give it 5 stars based on Holly ( I think that's name ) who I talked to on the phone. She was a great example of customer service! Over the phone, she helped answer all my questions and told me she would do her best & help me with some concerns my husband and I had. We checked in after hours, but everything was waiting for us as she explained. The area is mainly dirt roads in the park, but spaces were easily accessible. It's also within walking distance of a great sports bar.

| Fine for a T Roosevelt NP visit

This park is great for an overnight stay. Our 45' motor home fit nicely in their level sites - CG easy to navigate. Despite all the negative reviews this is a good CG. Some park models and full time fifth wheels. No pool or playground - will head to TRNP to play.

| Great Park

Large park with great sites. Back-ins easy to maneuver. Clean bathhouse, friendly staff and clean park. Sites are gravel and level with green lawns, road is not paved however it’s smooth. Great price, great place, easy in and out. Worth it and worth returning

| Clean and quiet

We spent one night at North Park - it was well-maintained and quiet. Sites are level, and the Owners sprayed water on the gravel to minimize dust. Good clean bathrooms. Staff extremely helpful - we would definitely return.

| Delightful stay!

This campground was excellent. They had everything we needed: level lot (awesome to skip manual leveling), immaculate showers, water and sewer hookup at your own site, laundry on site, super friendly staff, even popsicles in the laundry room which my husband was very enthused about.

We stayed for one night on our return trip to Glacier NP. Good clean facility, well priced, friendly staff. Would stay again and recommend.

| Great RV drive through spots

By user-6168458... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2018-09-14 to 2018-09-15

This park has good sized pull throughs, clean showers. Yes the park has dirt roads, some of which are pretty bumpy so go very slow. The paved drive way into the park is also pretty rough. All in all it served our purpose of getting a good nights sleep with hook ups and a shower

| Dangerous water connection

By user-6294965... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-05-16 to 2019-05-17

Nice people and clean. Dangerous water connection. They made small sheet metal surrounds of their water hydrants with rizor sharp edges. No room for large hands to turn hose connectors without cutting yourself or your coat. We will not stay here again until they remake their winter hydrant sheet metal covers. Just asking for someone to really cut themselves. Not thought out at all.

| Nice park!

Stayed 2 nights visited the surrounding areas and the Theodore Roosevelt NP. Roads are gravel and muddy when it rains or snows. Easy to get into with big rigs. Would stay again. Owners easy to work with and got the Good Sam discount. Close to Walmart.

Nice park and front desk. Long pull thrus. Level. Quiet at nite. City is bigger than expected. Can find anything u need. Gets dusty or muddy depending. Sites r gravel with grass so no problem. Would stay here longer next time to explore more. Did TRNP this time.

| Very dusty

By user-6108125... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-06-12 to 2019-06-13

The roads are dirt even a slow moving vehicle creates a lot of dust. By the time I left everything was covered by a layer of dust. The picnic tables are child size. Definitely not an attractive RV park. If you have a choice, pass this one

Nice people checking you in...drive to your site...sites are pull through (some back-ups) level gravel sites. Very clean bathrooms with nice big hot showers. We didn't have an issue with dust as some reviews said. They are working on the property...no complaints! Great place to stay!

| Nice but potentially very dusty.

By user-6741747... on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-06-30 to 2019-07-02

Level sites, not roomy but easy in and out. Nice folks, clean restrooms and laundry. Dirt roads could turn into muddy or dusty messes.

| Large park

By user-unknown on 2019-08-09. Stayed 2019-08-03 to 2019-08-04

Lots of room. Long level pull through sites. Grassy area between sites.
