Nice park with a Security gate. Large spaces so neighbors aren't on top of each other. Large dog park and even a pet washing station.
Not a bad price for what you get. New owners have lots of plans for updating. Stay on upper half away from river. Stayed a month and would have stayed longer but well water just had too much of an odor.
We've never had a problem with our mail being forwarded ahead. Except for this place. Not only would they not accept our mail, they returned it. You would think at what they charge per night/week(323.00 per week), they would accommodate.
