Certain things just color my opinions of places. For this place it's the fact that our first day here our dog was attacked by a pit bull owned by a resident in the mobile home section of this place. Had the owner not come out and taken the dog off of mine I am sure it could have killed her. Instead she had punctures, swollen bruised legs and fear of going anywhere. We reported it to the office. They assured us they told the owner to remove the dog. Which is interesting because over a month later we were told by a follow up call from the city humane that the dog was still there and the owner denied any of it. So know that the management may lie to you even if it has to do with your pet's or child's or your own safety. As for the park. There is an ok deli on the premises which can be handy. The laundry is small but clean. The bathrooms are clean but it is odd that multiple times I was in the woman's room an employee came in from their office door. It seems like they check up on you...in the bathroom. The spaces are crowded. Most of the regulars seem quite aloof. The dog run is not fenced in along the road completely! It is a short drive to a shopping and a quaint downtown area with decent dining. There is also nice trail areas just down the road for exercise. It is overpriced like any Bay Area RV park.

Pet runs sucks..garbage always full. Very tight spacing of RV. Bathroom is clean but only two of each..pool is shut at night. .reception guy is very knowledgeable about the area...Easy to find location. .I think it's overpriced. No plan to stay there again.

Not much to say about this place. Tight spots, gravel, ugly. Loud music, weird characters after hours, and a large "residential" contingent, at an area that is not well kept. We had an Airstream 28' TT, and have since upgraded to a 45' MH, which I know would be incredibly tight there. If the nightly rate were $35, then it would be worth it, but not for what they charge.
