Frequently visit state parks this is one that I would visit again plenty of events, sites have plenty of space clean bath house, law enforcement on site. Gated community for cheap.

Nice park with unpaved camping spots. Bath/shower rooms are clean and modern. Ticks and more ticks! Twice we camped in the park only to be over run by them. Check your self a few times per day and check all clothing and bedding. I feel that this park needs to rid itself of the infestation. So bad that it is a health problem.
| Nice park needs maintenance
A large beautiful state park with many interesting features. Conservation corp park with a suspension bridge, nature center and river that disappears into a giant sinkhole. Campsites are spacious and restrooms clean. Lots of brush piles that need to be cleaned up and the campground road and dump need maintenance. Overall a nice park with lots of trails and road to bike but needs some tender loving care.
