Went there beginning of March 2018. Friendly staff and spacious lots. No water or electricity available.
Although site is near puplic street it was quiet during the night.

Super friendly staff. Water, dump station avail plus each site has a spigot. Some sites, like spot 4 (mine) has the spigot far away...too far for a hookup. But other spots have them close enough for hook up. Otherwise can fill at the fill/dump station. Verizon service is great...so great streaming video isn't a problem. Pet friendly. Small trees in some spots. Big trees in others. I have a small tree spot. It gets direct sunlight in the am up til noon, then there's a tree that hides us from the sun the rest if the day. I have a small class b, and have a fan going when inside, so I don't hear all that is going on, outside. Having said that, it's not a loud park, even on the weekends. People have quieted down after 10 pm. It gets full on the weekends, but with families, spending time together, which is beautiful to see. Love this place. I'm one week into a 2 week stay.
