Two fenced in dog yards. Nice, Older park maybe, as pads where a bit short/narrow but we fit (40') after unhitching our car. Hilda's tortillas restaurant just across the street.
Plus side: Bath house clean and stocked, trash picked up at site daily, good location, friendly staff. Minus: Clubhouse always locked unless arrangement is made and approved through office only, (Heard a tv disappeared a few years ago, so they take no chances now and punish everyone else). Pretty much kills park activities for Winter visitors. Small laundry with only 4 washers, dryers take long, but adjacent puzzle room helps pass time.
Perfect place to stay if you want to hit the wine trail. It is clean. A pool for the kids, hot tub for the adults, and a small fenced dog area.
Sites start in the mid $30's
Stayed there 2 nights. Very clean and neat, staff picks up debris daily, garbage picked up daily. Friendly staff. Spaces are not very wide and many have no shade. Would absolutely stay there again.
Enjoyed our stay here. Sites were easy to get in and out of. Nice dog area. Didn't meet the staff as we arrived late. However everything was in order
We stayed for 4 days and had a great time. The dog park was nice and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. We will be be back.
Really convenient location, but sites were really tight. The staff was very nice, and helpful with info of things to do, but, wow, it was really close to your neighbor. Fredricksburg is way nice place to spend some time, the Pacific War Museum was awesome.
This is a quiet location close to Fredericksburg but it is overpriced. Larger rigs may appreciate the pull through but beware of some of the back in sites for smaller trailers, sites are really close together and blocked by trees.
