| Under New Management

Stayed here two years ago and did not enjoy the stay. This year, however, we found it under new management. They have made lots of improvements making for a much better experience. Large, clean showers, somewhat level sites. Located next to Sprinter rail line which was good for access but can be a bit noisy. Fairly decent beach access via car.

| Close to the beach

We thought the 30amp plug in was going to be an issue. We were able to run the electric heat and have all the lights on with zero issues. The water and sewer were located In a spot where it was hard for me to hook them up. We only stayed 2 nights so I didn’t bother booking up the sewer. Access to the beach was convenient. You have to walk across the street to the other RV park and the trail is just to the north. It’s easy to miss but cuts off 20 mins of walking around. The train didn’t bother us. There were lots of young families which was nice to see. A little pricey but we didn’t mind.

At Vista Way and Coast HWY there is a brewery called URGE. The food and service was top notch. It’s less than a mile walk from the resort.

About

Oceanside RV Park invites you to step into our spectacular closeness to the beach. We're centrally located in the heart of the beautiful Southern California Coastline. Our near-perfect climate provides the perfect setting to enjoy 3.5 miles of sandy beaches, or play at one of four golf courses within minutes of the park. Watersports enthusiasts will find the harbor a mecca for convenient launching, renting and servicing boats, kayaks, and jetskis. Finally, fishing aficionados can try their skill at surf-fishing along the coastline, or simply drop a line off along our famous 1,942 foot pier and wait for the fish to bite. The sport and lifestyle of surfing is celebrated at the unique California Surf Museum, and at certain times of the year you will be able to enjoy outstanding competitions hosted by such organizations as the Nat'l Scholastic Surfing Association, Professional Surfing Tour of America, and NSSA surf contests.
